Palau Robert hosts an exhibition of 90 photographs by Joana Biarnés reflecting the post-war in Spain. Biarnés was born in Terrassa in 1935 and started out in the world of photography when she was vey young, helping her father, a sports photographer. Audacious and always with the camera ready, she achieved, among many other things, to enter the room where the Beatles stayed in Barcelona and take some unique and historical pictures. She portrayed a lot of characters that we now relate to the last years of the Franco regime and the Transition, and worked in various publications and photographic agencies. Free activity.
