At BCU, we&#8217;ve organized a new workshop, this time on Mediterranean and Asian fusion cuisine, in which you\u2019ll prepare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pitta bread with arugula, mushrooms, and cheese with <em>romesco<\/em> sauce<\/li>\n<li>Spiced potatoes with a mild apple aioli<\/li>\n<li>Green asparagus risotto<\/li>\n<li>Breaded prawn skewers with crispy Vietnamese rice and Pedro Xim\u00e9nez reduction<\/li>\n<li><em>Escalivada<\/em> (smoky grilled red peppers, aubergines and onions) ravioli with pesto sauce<\/li>\n<li><em>Saut\u00e9ed<\/em> apple in a glass with burnt Catalan cream foam<\/li>\n<li><em>Coca de Sant Joan<\/em> tasting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An expert chef will lead the workshop in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Afterwards, you\u2019ll taste the dishes prepared with the whole group and take the recipes home.<\/p>\n<p>The price is \u20ac55, but you\u2019ll only pay \u20ac9. It includes the ingredients, cooking utensils, drinks and apron. Dishes can be adapted in case of allergies or intolerances. Limited seats.
