The Palau Robert dedicates an exhibition to Carme Ruscalleda, author of a cuisine with great international projection, straddling the tradition and the avant-garde, in the Sant Pau restaurant in Sant Pol de Mar, which closed in the fall of 2018. The exhibition shows the most relevant data of the career of the cook in a detailed chronology that includes the work carried out in the Sant Pau restaurants of Sant Pol and Toquio and Moments in Barcelona, and is accompanied by an audiovisual screening on the kitchen of the restaurant of Sant Pol, a space with 16 metres of facade in front of the Garden with sea views. Another section details the creative process and the evolution of Carme Ruscalleda’s cuisine through a description of her dishes and thematic menus. Free admission.
