Lecture by Dr. M. Dolores del Castillo, graduate in Biochemistry and PhD in Food Science and Technology. CSIC scientific researcher assigned to the Food Science Research Institute (CIAL, CSIC-UAM) and head of the Food Bioscience group. Free entrance.
