The 31st edition of the International Environmental Film Festival will screen around 100 films, some of which are out of competition, in five different categories, with candidates from 93 countries. Four awards will be given and a special Sol de Oro to the well-known writer, filmmaker and activist Cyril Dion, whose film “A New World” will be screened on November 7 at the French Institute in Barcelona, followed by a discussion. In addition to the screenings in cinemas and other venues, SUNCINE can be followed until November 23 on devices and smart TVs through the SUNCINE APP and the CaixaForum+, Play RENFE, 3Cat, Xarxa+ platforms and there will be a special programming on Betevé.
