The festival explores and promotes knowledge of the brain through film, workshops, roundtables and conferences. In its 9th edition, it will award the Special Award to filmmaker Carla Simón in recognition of a filmography deeply connected to memory, emotions, identity, and family relationships—central themes in understanding the human condition and how the brain works.
