Want to meet like-minded people while learning to cook delicious dishes? At BCU, we’ve organized a spring cooking workshop to introduce you to our gastronomy and its curiosities. Interested? You’ll prepare:
- Catalan-style broad beans
- Rolled salad
- Squid fritters
- Patatas bravas (spicy potatoes)
- Pilaf rice with vegetables
- Mató (a type of cheese) with red berries and honey or arrope (a type of syrup)
- Chocolate rocks
An expert chef will lead the workshop in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Afterwards, you’ll taste the dishes prepared with the whole group and take the recipes home.
The price is €55, but you’ll only pay €9. It includes the ingredients, cooking utensils, drinks and apron. Dishes can be adapted in case of allergies or intolerances. Limited seats. Registration HERE.
