Climate-neutral cities: Solution or fiction?

Climate neutrality has become a central goal for European cities, but what does a “climate-neutral” city really mean? This discussion will address the challenge of climate-neutral cities from a cross-cutting perspective: ecological territorial planning, construction impact reduction, urban degrowth, and the cultural and social dimension of the ecological transition. Francesc Muñoz, PhD in urban geography, professor at the UAB and director of the Urbanization Observatory.

Daniel Velázquez, predoctoral researcher and surgeon, studies climate change, sustainable mobility, and urban health.
