In this new participatory experience for adult audiences, we will discover the basic principles of genetic manipulation and therapy by getting our hands on DNA. With participatory dynamics, laboratory experiments and spaces for debate. By:
- Helena González-Burón: Graduate in Biology from the University of Salamanca, Biochemist and Doctor in Biomedicine from the University of Barcelona, specialist in scientific dissemination and education, author of several books, scriptwriter and collaborator in Órbita Laika (La2), Aprendemos en Clan (ClanTV), ¡Qué animal! (La2), NEUDC (RNE1), Son 4 dies (RNE4). Director and Co-founder of Big Van Ciencia.
- Oriol Marimon Garrido: Doctor in Organic Chemistry from the University of Barcelona. Specialist in scientific dissemination and scientific theatre, highly recognized in Stand-Up Comedy and Scientific Clown works. Author of several books, co-director of the R&D&I department and director of International Projects and co-founder of Big Van Ciencia.
- Luis Matías Hernández: Graduate in Biochemistry from the University of Navarra, Master in Plant Biotechnology from CIHEAM (International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies, Crete, Greece), PhD in Plant Genetics from the University of Milan, Italy and Master in International Health from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, Scotland. Researcher specializing in genetics. Author of several scientific articles of great impact in national and international media.
