The City Council of Barcelona invites you to discover how social volunteering works here, the organisations behind it and the many ways you can take part, depending on your availability, interests and skills. This is an opportunity to discover projects that rely on committed people like you – initiatives that help build a more caring and cohesive city. You will listen to first-hand accounts from volunteers, who will share what motivated them to get involved, what they have learnt and how the experience has shaped their perspective on the city. The session will close with an informal networking space, where you can speak with other participants and representatives from organisations while enjoying some refreshments. Session in English.
