Data controller
The Barcelona Centre Universitari (BCU) program is a joint initiative promoted by several entities:

This initiative is intended to foster the reception of the international university community, which includes students, faculty, and research staff, as well as the promotion of the city of Barcelona as an international university center.
The Bosch i Gimpera Foundation, a subsidiary of the University of Barcelona, carries out the financial and administrative management of the activities covered by the Barcelona Centre Universitari agreement and, therefore, will be the entity responsible for collecting personal data through this website. However, the processing of personal data derived from the Barcelona Centre Universitari program is carried out within a joint responsibility relationship between the different entities that are part of this initiative.
Purposes of the treatment
- To respond to and manage the queries, comments and suggestions that we receive through the forms and emails provided on our website.
- Legitimation: The legitimate interest of the data controller, reinforced by your express consent expressed by checking the acceptance box or sending the email. The user has the right to revoke their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
- Recipients: Personal data obtained through the website will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required. In cases where queries or comments are addressed to one of the entities promoting the BCU program, we may forward them to these entities.

- In order to obtain information about website usage, we analyze the number of pages visited, the number of visits, as well as visitor activity and frequency of use. Rights

Minors Protection Policy
Anyone who provides data through the forms on this website and agrees to its processing formally declares that they are over 14 years of age.
FBG reminds those of legal age who are responsible for minors that they will be solely responsible if a minor enters their data to request a product or service.
FBG also informs them that there are software programs available to restrict browsing by filtering or blocking certain content.
Processing derived from the use of social media
By following our profile on the various social media we use, the user has given their consent for the processing of their personal data in accordance with the privacy policy of the corresponding social media platform. Likewise, the user expressly consents to FBG accessing and processing the data contained in their profile and to the appearance of news published about the spaces and services we offer on their wall. The user’s request to connect with us necessarily implies their consent to the aforementioned processing, which is the legal basis for processing. FBG is not responsible for the information that users add to the social media platforms it manages. However, individuals whose data is published or included in comments may request FBG to delete their comments.
