Mediterranean and Asian fusion cooking workshop

Want to meet like-minded people while learning to cook delicious dishes? At BCU, we’ve organized a new workshop, this time on Mediterranean and Asian fusion cuisine, in which you’ll prepare:

  • Pitta bread with arugula, mushrooms, and cheese with romesco sauce
  • Spiced potatoes with a mild apple aioli
  • Green asparagus risotto
  • Breaded prawn skewers with crispy Vietnamese rice and Pedro Ximénez reduction
  • Escalivada (smoky grilled red peppers, aubergines and onions) ravioli with pesto sauce
  • Sautéed apple in a glass with burnt Catalan cream foam
  • Coca de Sant Joan tasting

An expert chef will lead the workshop in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Afterwards, you’ll taste the dishes prepared with the whole group and take the recipes home.

The price is €55, but you’ll only pay €9. It includes the ingredients, cooking utensils, drinks and apron. Dishes can be adapted in case of allergies or intolerances. Limited seats. Registration here.
