El Barcelona Centre Universitari (BCU), as a tool for universities and research centers, offers you the following services to facilitate the organization of university and scientific Congresses in Barcelona:
- Venues: offer of all spaces, with all services, in universities where conferences and meetings can be organized.
- Everything that you can have through Turisme de Barcelona, the Agència Catalana de Turisme, and see in Barcelona. We also offer you the Safety Tips and the Barcelona Talent Guide.

Offer of all available spaces where you can hold congresses, conferences or professional meetings. Sorted by capacity and corporate seniority of the bidder, in each file you will find the basic description of the space as well as the contact information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CONFERENCE MEMBER
Conference attendees can download the free emergency app My112 for mobile phones that allows the automatic sending of location coordinates of the person who is calling 112 to alert an emergency. Available for Android → and for IOS →.
They can also download the free emergency app 112 Accesible if the Language of their phone is not Catalan, Spanish, English, French or German and they are in the geographic area of Catalonia. To install the app they will need a code we will provide if they send an e-mail to infocongress@bcu.cat.

You can also download the free 112 Accessible emergency application that allows deaf people to communicate with the 112 emergency telephone number through pictograms, videos in sign language in Catalan and Spanish, and a geolocation service. You can request this service from the Federation of Deaf People of Catalonia (FESOCA) and from the Provincial Association of Laryngectomees of Lleida.
Likewise, you can download the free app of the Mossos d’Esquadra, in Catalan, Spanish, Aranese and English. The services available are: call 112, request an appointment to report or carry out procedures, locate police stations, claim objects recovered by the police, access to telematic communication channels of different Mossos d’Esquadra units, press news and list of social networks with the presence of the Police of the Generalitat-Mossos d’Esquadra (PGME). In addition, it provides: security advice, information on hate and discrimination, anti-terrorism information space and calls for access to the body. The app notifies public safety notices that are exceptional and of an extraordinary scope.
