Below you can find answers to frequently asked questions that arise when students come to our city.

In the case of one-zone cards, passengers have 75 minutes between the first and last validation when changing lines or mode of transport. T-Mes cards must be used in conjunction with a valid ID—national ID document or any ID issued by integrated fare system operators. The number of the ID document used must be printed on the travel card. 1 zone: 54€; 2 zones: 72.70€; 3 zones: 102€; 4 zones: 124.90€; 5 zones: 143.35€; 6 zones: 153.55€. T-Jove (Young person’s travel card): Under 25s can use this travel card to make unlimited journeys over 90 days on all operators in the integrated transport system. A personalised travel card valid for an unlimited number of journeys in 90 consecutive days from the first validation for under 25s providing proof of age by means of a valid national ID document, foreign ID document (NIE) or passport. The number of the ID document must be printed on the travel card. 1 zone: 105€; 2 zones: 142€; 3 zones: 199,20€; 4 zones: 244€; 5 zones: 280€; 6 zones 300€. T-50/30: An individual travel card, allowing 50 journeys to be made over 30 days on all operators in the Integrated Fare System. An individual travel card valid for 50 journeys in 30 consecutive days from the first validation; passengers have 75 minutes between the first and last validation when changing lines or mode of transport. Only for 1 zone: 43.50€. T-Trimestre: A holder-specific travel card allowing unlimited journeys to be made over 90 days on all operators in the Integrated Fare System. An individual non-transferable travel card valid for an unlimited number of journeys in 90 consecutive days from the first validation. T-Trimestre cards must be usd in conjunction with a valid ID—national ID document or any ID issued by integrated fare system operators. The number of the ID document used must be printed on the travel card. 1 zone: 145.30€; 2 zones: 196.50€; 3 zones: 275.25€; 4 zones: 337.15€; 5 zones: 386.80€; 6 zones: 414.40€. T-70/30: A multi-person travel card allowing 70 journeys to be made over 30 days on all operators in the Integrated Fare System from the first validation. In the case of one-zone cards, passengers have 75 minutes between the first and last validation when changing lines or mode of transport. This time increases by 15 minutes for each zone. 1 zone: 60.90€; 2 zones: 88.05€; 3 zones: 120.75€; 4 zones: 147.90€; 5 zones: 169.35€; 6 zones 183.70€. HOW CAN I ACCESS THE PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM?
The health card allows you to access the services of the public health system. All people registered, with a residence permit, can get the health card. You should go to the Center for Primary Care (CAP) in the neighborhood. You can also call 902 111 444.
